The new TBK Bank in Downtown Bettendorf provides an anchor for downtown life. Prime provided interior framing, drywall, taping, finishing, ceilings, and the stunning array of acoustical panels in the main lobby.

  • We partnered with Bush construction to create the new TBK Bank Midwest H.Q. in downtown Bettendorf. There are several unique acoustical treatments in the facility. Custom-sized and colored acoustical baffles from Spinneybeck Filzfelt line the ceilings of the open office areas to create an open, modern, and comfortable space. Soundscape shapes were used in other areas to create a high ceiling with flocks floating triangles arranged into clouds. New spaces were created with steel stud framing, drywall grid, and drywall. All of these were expertly assembled and finished by Prime Construction Services' teams.

  • This project was executed on a very tight timeline, during a global pandemic. Materials sourced from around the world coalesced in Bettendorf with the skilled carpenters and drywall finishers of Prime Construction Services to create a beautifully crafted workspace.
